Set against the beautiful Rocklea Farm in Stonehaven, Victoria, today’s whimsical elopement shoot is a stripped-back take on the modern wedding. Intimate, emotional and entirely grounded in connection. Created and captured by the team from Odd Socks Society, this shoot is fine art meets whimsy, romance meets reality.
With soft florals crafted by Blume Flower Studio, the playful textures of the model’s outfits and the undeniable sense of editorial fun, this styled shoot captures love in its purest form.
It’s a visual love letter to the beauty of small, thoughtful celebrations that centre the couple. “Eloping can be just as thoughtful and creative as a large-scale wedding,” says Odd Socks Society.
The romantic ceremony beneath the trees was inspired by the softness of girlhood. The shoot celebrates feminine energy and tender love, as well as the friendship found in partnership and meaningful simplicity.
Our models, Liz and Erik, are dressed to the nines in vintage-inspired pieces. Liz wears a beautiful purple Lovaan Studios dress with intricate bow detailing; her look was only enhanced by the beautiful makeup done by Eliza Jane Artistry. Everything was finished off with lace gloves and a matching veil. Erik wears a vintage suit from Betcha Seconds.
