There’s something about a coastal wedding that calls for a margarita. The salt air, the relaxed vibe, the sense that you’re somewhere a little removed from the everyday.
Today’s recipe comes from wedding venue The Jackson Ranch by Bannisters, which sits on 37 acres of secluded South Coast bushland in Bawley Point, NSW. Intimate enough to feel personal, beautiful enough to make you feel like you’ve genuinely escaped the city, with just enough luxury touches to remind you this is a very special occasion.
Their Coconut Margarita has become a bit of a guest favourite, and we can absolutely see why. Simple, refreshing and just a little bit luxe, it’s the kind of drink that kicks off a very good evening.
