1. 2013 Cash & Co Brut Cuvee
Why do we love it? Produced by one of Tasmania’s most knowledgeable & charismatic sommeliers Joseph Burton, the label is designed by a local Tasmanian artist Luke Wagner – very Tasmanian!

2. 2018 Mewstone Riesling
Why do we love it? The winemaker won the national 2018 young gun winemaker of the year! It is a very small Tasmanian vineyard and their wine has great exotic and unique notes which are very different to any other Tasmania wines.
Pair it with: Octopus, blistered tomatoes, moghrabieh, saffron rouille.

3. 2018 Gala Estate Pinot Gris
Why do we love it? Easy drinking Pinot Gris, its a real people pleaser and from one of the most picturesque vineyards in the East Coast of Tasmania.
Pair it with: Roast pumpkin, smoked stracciatella, sage, walnut, burnt butter.

4. 2017 Utzinger Pinot Noir

Why do we love it? Made by a young extremely humble couple who only a few years ago moved to Tasmania, it’s their first ever vintage and already this wine has gained a lot of attention. It is one of our faves!
Pair it with: Wild clover lamb rump, heirloom beetroot, feta.

5. 2017 Stefano Lubiana Syrah
Why do we love it? One of Tasmanian most well know vineyards, it has big fruit notes with a nice bit of spice but a clean finish.
Pair it with: Slow cooked cape grim beef cheek, brassica leaves, polenta.
