Ready to shed their chrysalis and flourish in their latest evolution, Katherine Tash Bridal’s newest collection is all about transformation, beauty and new beginnings. “I felt a clear shift, both personally and within the brand, toward a more conscious and assured kind of evolution,” shares Founder and Designer Katherine Tash.
To go along with this collection, Katherine Tash Bridal collaborated with Mexico City-based veil brand Ofrenda Studio to introduce a three-piece capsule inspired by the transformative Chrysalis collection that debuted at New York Bridal Market earlier this year.
The collection consists of three core pieces. The first, The Still Veil, is a mini veil finished with delicate eco French Chantilly lace. The second, The Flow Veil, is a layered lace, glass pearl, and eco-tulle piece. And the final piece, The Rise Veil, layers of soft eco tulle, finished with French Chantilly lace.
“I was first introduced to Sandra and Ofrenda through a trusted friend in the bridal community, but her work had already been on my radar for some time. I’ve long admired the emotional depth and intention behind her pieces. Her work feels like objects of meaning. There’s a quiet power in what she creates, this balance between artistry and restraint, that feels incredibly special. As I began developing Chrysalis, it felt instinctive to ask Sandra to join us in this collection in particular. Her perspective on transformation, ritual, and individuality aligned so naturally with the story I was telling, and it quickly became clear that this collaboration could be something deeply special,” Katherine Tash shares.
Captured by Michael Spencer, this shoot showcases the collection beautifully. With directors Austin Winchell and Vadim Aynbinder leading the set-up and styling of our model Ayen in this ethereal shoot. Whimsical hair done by Marina Migliaccio and makeup by KC Witkamp. Her look is made all the more unreal by the veil from Ofrenda Studio, cascading across her shoulders and down her back.
Chrysalis has become so much more than a collection; it is also an extension of the evolution the brand has experienced over the past eight years. Introducing new textiles and experimenting with new silhouettes, with a push to elevate their designs while still staying true to what defines Katherine Tash Bridal – femininity, romance and structure as always, but now even more refined.
The spring 2027 Chrysalis collection represents a shift, the opening of a new chapter for Katherine Tash Bridal. “It felt like a moment of expansion, of stepping forward with confidence while staying true to who we have always been,” explains Katherine.
