Enjoy this Cocktail Friday: Cupid’s Valentine Gin Fizz!

Ingredients: 

  • 45mls of Pink Gin
  • 60mls Sparkling Wine
  • 90mls Sugar free lemonade
  • 90mls Soda water
  • Small serve of frozen mixed berries
  • Ice

How To Make Cupid’s Valentine Gin Fiz with love…

In a tall glass place the mixed berries in first, followed by the gin and sparkling wine (optional rose sparkling for a pink cocktail with a slightly fruiter flavour) and give the glass a quick stir with a tall spoon.

Then add the chilled lemonade (optional sugar-free if you prefer), chilled soda water and some ice and give it a good stir with a tall spoon, put your love heart sunnies on and enjoy!

Disclaimer: Urban myth has it, that if you make more than 1 of these for your love interest, they will be struck by cupids arrow and will fall in love with you! 😉
