The sparkling diamond of a drink. The soft, glowing hues of the colour palette. Raising a glass of bubbles to toast newlyweds. There is A LOT to love about champagne. Not only is it a delicious beverage (with many spin-off drinks!), it’s also a glorious colour that creates an elegant, warm ambience to any celebration. Here at PDW, we’re quite partial to champagne in all its forms, and we wanted our last theme issue of 2022 to really POP, so thought it was only fitting to create, with the help of our incredible vendors, The Champagne Issue! As Charles Dickens said, “Champagne is one of the elegant extras in life!” and we wholeheartedly agree.

From glorious glowing gowns to elegant decor in pale, glimmering champagne, to bottomless flutes & saucers of this decadent drink, champagne really can, and often does, star front and centre in so many weddings. The end of the year is nigh, and we’re so excited to celebrate yet another WONDERFUL year of weddings, love, and inclusion. We’re raising a glass of something sparkling in honour of the year that’s been, and to showcase a bit of champagne-y wedding Inspiration & information for you, dear readers, as you plan your shimmering, effervescent wedding day! And oh how we’ve filled our pages for you for The Champagne Issue
