An engagement session on a Sunday? Oh but it was so important we got Brandon and Sian’s glowy country Australian engagement photos into The Yellow Issue. For obvious reasons! Sian’s gorgeous yellow and white gingham skirt, the golden yellow sunset, and a love story that you know we adore. This is a special Sunday indeed!

Brandon and Sian met while they were working as doctors, Brandon sharing “We are both doctors and met at a work event during the first week of starting. We did not immediately click as Sian was feeling sick at the time, but we kept bumping into each other on the wards and eventually I asked her out.” The groom to be completely sweeping Sian off her feet with a proposal at home. “I proposed by decorating my balcony with flowers and fairy lights and invited Sian over thinking she was coming for a relaxed movie night. Unfortunately she was wearing her pyjamas but we would not have it any other way.”

On what they love about one another, Brandon shares “We love how we share the same sense of humour, have common values and goals and have both grown together during our relationship.”

“We wanted a rustic styled shoot as wanted to capture the quintessential Australian landscape” explains Brnadon of the couple’s decision to head to Yellagonga Regional Park in Perth for their session, “Christine was fantastic from our initial meeting, engagement shoot and wedding shoot. We heard about her through mutual friends. She made us feel relaxed as we are usually both not photogenic people. We are delighted with the results of our engagement and wedding photos.”
