The country venue, set in the stunning South Coast region – Secrets of Terara, setting the scene for rich burgundy, blacks and sparkling brass pieces set amongst the tallest of trees. An outdoor celebration that is so very worthy of celebration. “The style we were going for was moody with Moroccan influences” explains stylist Vanessa. “Something dark and dramatic without coming across as wintery. We wanted to embrace the deep tones and show that they could be used all year round not only during the cooler months.”
Captured By Kate sharing her photographs with us today, of the festive vibe alongside cinematographer GCC Visuals for a fresh take on country style – with a little fun! Ice cream delivered fresh by The Gelato Bike adding tat sense of whimsey!
Musicians Stella Studioz playing live tunes, as guests toast to the newlyweds, with celebratory drinks from That Vintage Caravan and take their places at long tables under the open sky. A circular arch adorned in painted gold leaves and burgundy blooms echoed through a lounge area adorned with brass candlesticks and black taper candles, an outdoor reception setting topped with wild blooms, and a tipi tent for quiet moments.
Our bride and groom, real-life couple Lara and Pat Lynas, the stars of the show, Lara wearing an elegant gown from Say Yes to the Dress South Coast that let the florals do all the talking. Her look completed with hair styling by Holliewood Hair & Beauty and makeup, featuring a deep dark red lip by Natalie Gauci Makeup.
Deep red roses, moody tones and sparkling decor are not just the height of romance, but make for a stunning combination and this editorial? Oh, it proves this is a look for any season!
