Oh, do we have a treat for you today! In front of what has to be the most delightful wall in all of Western Australia, our team dreamed up something dark and dramatic in a setting that is full of urban, industrial grittiness.

The editorial? The creative brainchild of Perth photographer Sandie Bertrand Photography who stumbled across the urban spot and immediately knew she had to make magic happen.

She enlisted the help of gown designers Bridal By Aubrey Rose to dress our “bride” in a beautiful, chic boatneck gown with a beautiful open back, Pearlin Hair & Makeup Artistry, who styled her look with dramatic, deep burgundy lips, smokey eyes and effortless, natural curls to complement the dark black hairpiece by designer Holly Barker Millinery.

Finally, Maple & Wren joined the team to bring to life a stunner of a bouquet of cherry and burgundy red, deep apricot and bronze tones.

With such a contrast, it’s a delightful way to explore the concept of a moody wedding that is not lost in seriousness, that adds a little playfulness, a little joy and plenty of fun.
