My Most Important Tool Of The Trade - Caitlyn From Studio C Bridal

My most important tool of the trade is my collection of scissors. But more than that. Each pair has a special reason for use – for a fabric, for silk, everything else, pinking shears (zig zag fabric scissors), lace, heading, snips… each has its own purpose and is perfect for each task. I’m also at a loss if I’m ever without any particular pair!!

The add on, is that I have holsters for mine. Makes my work much easier, whether in fittings or while I’m drafting and cutting, as I always know where they are!! Most of my brides see me with them on every time they come to see me!!

Ms Chinoiserie Says: I love the holsters – such an ingenious way of having all the scissors in their exact place!
