It’s been a good few months since the New York City launch party for Aisle Society, but the glitter and sparkle still remains from what was a beautifully celebrated evening. As we say at Aisle Society
“Together is a beautiful place to be”.
Before I kick off into all of the gorgeous party photos, let me explain what Aisle Society is. Last year, a bunch of wedding bloggers (us included!) were rather frustrated about wedding media and collectively we decided to do something about it. Aisle Society’s full website is set to launch soon and is really a business like no other. 30+ wedding bloggers from around the world are working together to build this business – from posting the Instagram photos, styling the shoots, designing the graphics, and administrating the entire thing!
We often talk of collaboration, but never have I seen collaboration like Aisle Society. Wedding bloggers working literally together on every facet on the business. it is the most rewarding thing to see and be a part of and I cannot wait for it to finally launch! In the meantime you can follow our news (and international events) on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
To kick us off, at October’s bridal market we decided what better way to celebrate than with a party? Thanks to an amazing team, we celebrated with bloggers, friends and vendors from all over the world and today, I’m sharing the photos!
We were lucky enough to have fabulous stationery brand Minted sponsor the party and they also provided us with gorgeous stationery, decor and so much more.
Held at the amazing 404 NYC, Jessica Haley Photography was our photographer on the night, along with NST Pictures who captured a film that evokes all the fun of the night.
Color Pop Events pulled everything together, planning and executing the event with beautiful florals and design from Juli Vaughn, music, projections and lighting from Jacob Towe, rentals from Octavia & Brown and Broadway Party Rentals, linens from Nuage Designs, sparkling candles from 100 Candles, signage (including our fun custom swizzle sticks) from Jenn and Jules Designs and uplighting thanks to MD Music & Entertainment.
Our friends at Honeybook sponsored a Bubbly Bar (because what’s a party without bubbly?) while Ryan Brown Catering created decadent signature Aisle Society cocktails and filled bellies full of delicious treats and guests enjoyed wine and spirits from Acker Merrall & Condit and LIQS while they snapped away in the photobooth by Royal Photo Booth.
Always putting in hard work on the night were MG Hair & Makeup who did the hair and makeup of all the bloggers in attendance and made them look party ready after a long week of bridal market appointments while Superlative Staff and Events helped staff the event.
And last, but so very not least, Australia represented with gorgeous canvas tote gift bags, with a very special message from our very own Peachy Flamingo.
