Whilst we’re still able to enjoy the last of the balmy summer nights, this Cocktail Friday I loved the sound of this wonderfully rejuvenating ‘English Heart, Italian Shrub’ cocktail from Boodles Gin. Combining their mellow, herbal gin with the bittersweet Cynar liquer and lime, enjoy this refreshing cocktail under the starry sky tonight with friends!
Ingredients:
- 50ml Boodles Gin
- 15ml Cynar
- 20ml simple syrup
- 20ml lime juice
- 3 – 4 basil leaves
Method:
Combine all ingredients, shake, top with soda water and strain into a salt-rimmed Collins glass. Garnish with basil leaf.
