We have another gorgeous collaboration between Byron Loves Fawn and The One Day House today and it’s all about refined garden party wedding inspiration. I love how one space has become so many wedding setups (see Modern Summer Wedding Ideas and Southern Romance Wedding Inspiration). Showing that all you need is a little imagination, a fun play with colours and texture and sweet decor elements to create a style that is very much suited to you.
Today’s garden party wedding is beautifully executed. Sweet peach, softly toned pinks and creams used in the floral arrangements, with the addition of soft taupe on the reception table centrepieces. The finishing touch of the sweet and elegant stationery in tones of apricot and greys speak of the sophisticated affair to come.
Stylist Kristy notes, “This garden party is a celebration of feminine textures and colours inspired by Edwardian tea parties held on grand estates.”
Guests sit on lime washed chairs decorated with fresh blooms for the ceremony, the couple saying their I do’s in front of a flower adorned arch with soft curtains blowing in the breeze. A white bar is decorated with white flowers for cocktail hour, pink lemonade in beautifully shaped glass vessels. Reception celebrations begin under the marquee – with plenty of room for relaxing before dinner at rectangular tables decorated with beautiful cut crystal and of course, plenty of fresh flowers.
Beautiful photos, and beautiful flowers, love this wedding style, elegant and lovely
