In the Shoalhaven area, not far from Sydney is a beautifully renovated historic property called Eleven Eighty. Start with your ceremony in the garden under the willows and if the weather is balmy, have your wedding feast under the stars, in the courtyard at long wooden tables, surrounded by the walls of historic buildings.

Bring in your own caterers and make the most of the Argentine grill or have them avail themselves of the onsite kitchen facilities to cook up a feast of your choice. There is The Barn, an intimate space for your ceremony or reception with kitchen and bar, and also our favourite, The Old School Hall adorned with chandeliers with seating for up to 80 guests. The Train Carriage is at your disposal for your hair and makeup or a quiet space to just sit, filled with gorgeous vintage pieces, and there is a prop shed to make use of their velvet lounges and wedding arbours to name a few.

Accommodation onsite in an 1860’s heritage listed and refurbished School Masters House sleeps up to nine, and the contemporary Cottage sleeps up to four adults.

This gorgeous property has been renovated with love and respect for the past, but very much designed for the future and new memories to be made of celebrations of couples and their journeys into their new lives together.
