We all need a little jazz in our lives, and Orlando Combo, one of Melbourne’s finest bands, does just that – playing vintage Swing & Lounge Jazz from ‘The Jazz Age’, ‘Great American Songbook’ and cool sounds of the ‘Blue Note’ records label – through to old school Rhythm & Blues, New Orleans brass band street music and retro dancefloor Soul & Motown classics. Choose from a trio to a quintet, playing both instrumental & vocal repertoire.
Consider smooth jazz as your guests arrive or for pre dinner drinks, a background dinner music set and then amp up the vibes for the bridal waltz and get the party started with dance floor swing and soul classics appealing to a range of ages. Everything from Sinatra classics to old school R&B, to retro 1950’s & 60’s Rock & Roll party starters – Orlando Combo has got your entertainment covered.
On booking you deal directly with the band’s manager, and as they are not a music agency or franchise, so there are no third party expenses to consider. They only play music that suits their instrumentation and with no gimmicks you can be sure that the sound they deliver is pure jazz. Their motto is “sophistication, joy and romance” and you can be sure that your wedding day will be all that and more with the sounds of jazz filling the night!
