Here’s cheers! Australian wedding gown designer Grace Loves Lace is gracing (!) 2022 with a brand new capsule collection.

Today, we unveil “Bisou Bisou”. Featuring two beautiful gowns (and a stand-out veil) Bisou Bisou is inspired by you – the one who walks down the aisle in 2022. It’s for the lovers of all things modern, but one who also takes time and energy to seek out pieces that reflect their own personal values. Because not only is this a collection of beautiful wedding pieces, but it’s also introducing you to the brand’s all-new renewable fabrication.

Gown number one, “Valentina” is made of a silk alternative, a satin invented by the brand themselves – crafted out of wood pulp! The double-layer satin gown features a thigh-high split, hand-draped pleated bodice (with support hidden away) and beautiful back detail (which can be styled multiple ways, including, of course, in a bow).  Next, is  “Carmen” a more traditional “wedding” gown, designed in lace. With a square bodice, Cameron has an asymmetrical skirt slit with a ruffly, waterfall hemline for a little more romantic drama. Plus it has sustainably crafted details like lining made from recycled fabrics, eyelash trim and buttons.

These are gowns that are just as able to look perfect at a beach wedding, barefoot in the sand, as they are at a registry office elopement, and that’s exactly how designer Megan dreamt them to be. “When I started GRACE over 10 years ago, I was on a mission to pioneer a new and exciting way of doing bridal and to revolutionise the whole wedding shopping experience. I find it so inspiring to see couples in this post-Covid world moving away from what is considered a ‘normal’ wedding and opting for elopements, whirlwind weddings and designing a day that is authentically them.”
