The Van Fine Street Food designs custom menus for each and every event and serves up all the treats from their little black van. The van acts as an onsite kitchen and with fare like gourmet twists on Chilli Con Carne, luxe hot dogs, beautifully flavoured Bahn Mi See it in action here.

They specialise in one event, which means they have serving up treats for your big day down pat. Something for Catering is a beautiful wood-panelled retro food truck that well, isn’t all about the food, they also serve up the tastiest drinks. This team travels all over South East Queensland, so they know the Sunshine Coast like the back of their hand. They’re also completely flexible, so you can have a custom-designed menu just for you. The Vintage Bondwood Bar

With all the vintage charm, The Vintage Bondwood Bar built in 1968 brings the perfect vibe to a wedding day. It comes with all you need for bar service but the alcohol (and you can add on services like extra staff and even garden games). So the flexibility? It’s all yours.

One World Food Truck

Food is a universal pleasure with this food truck where the chef, Jason serves food with Spanish/Latin flavours, but can just as easily provide Asian inspired food. Think “El Toro Loco Burger (hand made chorizo patty), lemon pepper calamari, crispy Korean cauliflower salad (vegan), the Zeus burger (slow-smoked Greek lamb)”. They slow cook their meat for 10 hours and make their own sauces – yum!

Dinky D’s Donuts

Travelling all over Queensland, Dinky D dedicated years to making the perfect doughnut. And rumour has it, they’ve done it. Their little silver van serves up hot and fresh doughnuts, and milkshakes, which are just about the most perfect midnight snack you’re going to find.

Tuck Shop

Sunshine Coast food truck Tuck Shop has spent years serving up good food as cafe owners. Now, they bring their knowledge to weddings with their sweet trailer serving up the paddock to plate, local and organic produce all over the Queensland region.

Vanteen Catering & The Cellar Van Vintage Travelling Caravan

Vanteen Catering & The Cellar Van Vintage Travelling Caravan love to cater with a difference, so it makes sense that you can have them serve all the restaurant quality food your guests could ever eat from their vintage 1978 custom built caravan. They’ll serve up whatever you like (and their packages are flexible but come with staff) including designing you your very own whiskey bar. The Cellar Van is also available “with a nod to both a wine cellar and whisky lounge”. How’s that for unique?

Rolling Stone Pizza

A one-stop-shop for your wedding feast, this team offers options of canapés, a BYO bar service, and grazing tables (consider their dessert grazing table too), to go along with pizzas made in a wood-fired oven, from a fully self-sufficient truck with a commercial-grade kitchen. They source the highest quality ingredients from across QLD and are passionate about reducing their impact on the environment.

Rolls Pho Mi

Love Vietnamese cuisine? Then you need to check out Rolls Pho Mi. This little red truck (which serves all over Brisbane, the Gold Coast & the Sunshine Coast.) will cook up fresh pho, rice paper rolls, Bahn Mi rice and noodle bowls. They even have drinks and dessert on offer too.

Wilson The Vintage Pop Up Bar

Wilson, a 1964 Viscount Valiant caravan, arrives with 2 staff (talk to them about mixing cocktails for you), glassware for 100 people, ice sinks, drink dispensers and lawn games – all you need to do is provide the alcohol. They can recommend local brewers of awesome craft beer or can put you in touch with local wine producers too.

Donut Kitchen

With flavours to tempt you such as Nutella, Lemon Passionfruit and salted caramel, who can resist a fluffy fresh-baked doughnut? Or try their more unusual options such as  “ice cream doughnut sandwiches to fried chicken doughnut burgers, and everything in between”. Vegan options where the dough contains no egg or milk are available.

Good 2 Eat

A 1995 Mercedes school bus Herbie, masquerades as a food truck from which comes delectable feasts, canapés, or their ForkNTalk options with produce sourced from the local area. Gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options abound on their menus such as sliders, calamari and poke bowls, so no guest will be left out.

Kraut N’ About

Bavarian street food to make your mouth water – a choice of German wurst on bread rolls, pretzels, Lumberjack “Holzfaller’ Fries (German-style loaded fries with diced grilled sausage and cheese topped with ketchup and mayonnaise) and Kassler to name a few examples.

Fern Vintage Van

Delightful Dutch Pancakes

Little pancakes (or ‘poffertjes’ in Dutch) drenched in icing sugar, strawberries and cream, along with waffles with chocolate, caramel or cinnamon sugar toppings – be prepared to be in dessert heaven!

The Wood Fired Oven

Catering your engagement party, hens or bucks nights, or on your wedding day, this team can make pizzas, calzones, strombolis and all of these in dessert form as well. Not feeling like a pizza? They can provide smoked meats, roasted vegetables and other culinary delights too.

Saltair Kombi Bar

Operating from a 1967 split screen Volkswagen Kombi, this very cute bar in a kombi boasts a state of the art cooling system to keep your beverages icy cold. They will set up at your event, serve your guests and take away the stress of supplying drinks – a great idea!

Jungle Oven

Made from local ingredients this gourmet pizza van offers not only delectable pizzas but prides itself on being as eco friendly as possible. So many pizzas to choose from (choosing which one to try will be a challenge!), as well as dessert pizzas such as apple pie and bananas and creme, vegan and gluten-free options as well as an array of sides.

Twisted Ice Cream & Desserts

And last but not least, we have this ice cream van serving all things delicious and creamy. Classics such as choc top and sprinkle cones or a twisted Flake cone, and then limited editions such as salty caramel soft serve, or sundaes and thick shakes. Parma Street Food

From degustation menus to grazing tables and desserts the chef here was born in Parma and has honed his skills in Italy so you can be assured of the best food you can eat. For cool fresh drinks such as pineapple sangria, homemade pink lemonade and fruit iced tea this brightly coloured van is sure to stand out. Perfect for a hot summer’s day wedding.

Koma Sliders

A mix of USA diner fare and Korean cuisine, Koma Sliders do amazing fried chicken and burger style meals. Their event menu, with burgers and loaded fries, has its Korean twist (Hot chick burger, with its fried chicken filling, is on my list). They travel from Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and beyond.

Squidley’s Calamari

If you have a hankering for calamari, then this van is the place to go. Serving crispy calamari strips, Thai fish cakes, whiting and chips, and even vegan pumpkin arancini, ask them about their gluten-free options.

Tiki’s Shack

Across the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane and beyond, this food truck caters for weddings and events. Serving up a ‘fun, casual, festival feel to your wedding or event while serving up premium, tasty, gourmet junk food’ from a van decorated to reflect the casual coastal vibes, you’ll be served everything from hot wings to burgers.

Pequeña Cocina 

Pequeña Cocina is a Latin American street food truck that brings to you classics like chips and salsa, but also Mexican style nachos, Brazilian chicken and papas and a whole host of other Latina American style fare. They’ll even build you a custom wedding menu! The truck is based on the Gold Coast and does travel!

Vintage On Tap

With three beverage trucks to choose from (The Prosecco Parlour, The Vino Van and the Champagne Traveller)  Vintage On Tap knows a thing or two about serving up delicious drinks for your guests. The vans travel to Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Northern NSW and surrounding.

That Pizza Guy

All pizzas are made with fresh dough and premium ingredients sourced through local suppliers and they even make our sauce. Local ‘Sunshine Coasters’ pride themselves on “beautiful presentation, superior customer service and a willingness to go that extra mile to ensure your on-site catering delivers everything you need it to”, and they also grazing tables and desserts. Neshama

Flexibility and a love for food are at the core of what Neshama does. They’ll take care of all your catering, serving food directly from their truck. The cuisine? All kinds of street food 9and for weddings,s they include buffet and grazing board options). Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available.

Notorious E.A.T. Foodtruck

This is a food truck that takes their inspo from the US burger and diner scene, locally owned and runs, Notorious E.A.T. travel right up to the Sunshine Coast from their Gold Coast home. They’ll bring all their faves to your wedding-  think loaded fries,  onion rings and chicken wings alongside classic burgers.
