Theia Couture has always been winners in our books. Their chic, so[phsiictaed wedding gown designs always a stand out for this fashion-forward elegance, And today, with new design director Karin Gardkvist making her collection debut, they launch their Autumn 2022 wedding gown collection.
Inspired by nature, or more distinctly, the New York Botanical Gardens, Karin brought nature in the Fall 2022 collection. There are delicate beaded, hand-placed appliques, and floral adorned fabrics, all designed and draped into organic shapes, right at home on a wedding aisle. The playful whimsy, the drama, the minimalist silhouettes with carefully considered detail, all echoing the beauty of the gardens, right there on a wedding day.
You need to check out “Lavender”, a halterneck gown made of chantilly lace with matte satin petal embroidery (perfect for a Spring wedding). We also love “Saffon” which, at the opposite end of the spectrum is less romance, more drama. The Grecian style gown all about the draping, a satin fabric draped to create a stunning, asymmetrical neckline.
