Designed and made in Australia, we’ve long admired the modern, clean and chic lines of wedding gown designer Alca Line Bride.
Designer Amy Clyne founded Alca Line Bride after years of experience in the Sydney wedding gown industry. Alca Line Bride was born out of Amy’s vision for the wearer. “She is a creative. She is bold. She is fashion-forward. She supports Australian made. She has an eye for detail and loves a point of difference.” And today, we show off the beauty of the 2021 “Looking Glass” collection. Says Amy “Our looking glass 2021 collection is all about the true essence of the alca line bride. Who is the bride you want to see looking back at you on your big day?”
“Looking Glass” for 2021 heralds plenty of fun. There are endless sparkles – mosaic beading in off white and silver turning stunning silhouettes into actual disco balls. There are sweet pink sequins, fabrics of hearts, daisies, pearls. This is a collection that is focused on playfulness, without losing that edge sense of unique style that the brand is so well known for. This is a collection that again embodies the vision of doing what you want, of being exactly who you are on your wedding day.
“Whitley” is a show-stopping piece right out of the gate, sparkling silver sequins in hearts and circles, added mosaic style to a slim fit, sleeved frock. Pink lovers need to take a look at the “Thea” top which has sparkling sequin floral pink adorned detail. Whereas the black heart fabric of “Eddie” makes for the boldest statement. And for the sparkle averse, check out “Sadie”. The layered deep v neckline and open back are utterly elegant.
Alca Line Bride can be found at selected stockists around the country.
