When it comes to talking about nature all month long,Ā we couldn’t think of a better way, than to show off a sustainable, and ethically produced new collection from much love Aussie wedding brand, Grace Loves Lace.
Featuring six beautiful gowns, “AmitiĆ©” is designed to be not just a beautiful range of bridesmaid gowns, but a collection that is also ethically produced. Each gown manufactured in Australia and each gon made from sustainably sourced fabrics. Says founder Megan Ziems “We wanted to create a capsule collection of timeless, chic slip dresses that could take you from wedding to weekend while also supporting Australian manufacturing and sustainable fabric sourcing,”
The six styles – Dillon, Ida, Orion, Jagger, Dakota and Anya come in tones of black and olive, the pieces ankle-length gowns and a two-piece set, are all made from eco satin that’s made from 97% recycled materials (to be specific, we’re talking rubbish like plastic bottles, turned into bridesmaid gowns). Stylish, modern and good for the environment? Talk about ticking all the “Feel good” boxes! “Dakota” is our top pick, the classic slip silhouette minimal and simple, letting the wearer take centre stage. But, we’re also partial to the black lace detail of “Dillon” which just adds an extra special touch of beauty.
“As a brand, we never stop looking for ways in which we can do better” says Megan. “We have always manufactured in Australia – so naturally the next step for us is innovating our fabrics, packaging and operations so that we can be really proud of how we function as a global business.”
The new “AmitiĆ©” collection is available via the Grace Loves Lace website and the brand’s own stockists.
