There is something stunning about an industrial setting meeting wedding beauty. The juxtaposition of raw brick, of beaten floors, of light-filled windows against beautiful, lush blooms, soft floaty gowns and all the glamour and sparkle of a wedding. I mean – what’s not to love?

Today’s dream team created industrial wedding magic in beautiful Perth, at the stunning space of White Space Studio Gallery adding beautiful blush pink, and neutral grey to the palette for something romantic, but that honoured its setting.

Captured by Taylor Mitchell, who also dreamt up the shoot, this was a look, that in Taylor’s words “is chic and timeless with elements of nature along with a certain romanticism and individuality.”

Taylor teamed up with two creators of beauty – cake designer Sweet Aloha Cakes who created a beautiful blush and white tall cake and an array of sweet treats. And floral designer Honey Bunch Botanicals who’s styled bouquets centred around blush flowers, bringing in deep grey foliage to offset the femininity of the much-loved tone. A neon sign by The Neon Cove adding an extra modern touch. “I put together a mood board with blush pinks and touches of green for a fun, soft palette” explains Taylor ” I knew that bringing in some chic features with the softness of the bohemian vibes would make for a fun shoot and some fresh inspo for brides!”

And then there was our model. Jordan Tan. Jordan donning an elegant Zolotas Australia Bridal gown, with Truly Gorgeous Brides creating an up-do of loose curls and makeup artist Teika Eve echoing those soft pink tones in Jordan’s makeup.
And this editorial? Well, the concept goes well beyond just being gorgeous inspiration – count this one as a message of hope. Taylor sharing “After a long spell with the world pandemic, a few Perth creatives came together to produce some magic. We wanted to come together especially in this unknown time and remind people that love and kindness are still in the air!  This shoot was dedicated to them for all their love, beauty and kindness that was shared in this world.
