Imagine going to work every day surrounded by painted images of fairytales. That is exactly what Samantha does at Wolf Lane in her role as their weddings and functions coordinator. Enter a world of enchantment with vintage furniture and collectibles and those painted walls – whimsical, quirky and above all fun. This place is full of atmosphere and can cater for up to 120 guests. Food stations or roving canapes to fill hungry bellies plus signature cocktails, and the added advantage of being to hold both your ceremony and reception here – well what more could you want! Your biggest problem will be “do I add fairy lights”, or “provide a dessert table to rival Alice in Wonderland”!  Find the wolf painted on the wall – you can’t miss it!

We asked Samantha from Wolf Lane five questions in five minutes:

What is the most important piece of advice you can give to engaged couples?

It’s important to remember to make decisions for the two of you, and not focus solely on making family and friends happy. The day is about the Bride and Groom, and that’s important to remember.

Tell us about a hidden talent you have?

I am able to top up your glass of champagne without you noticing I was ever there! This skill is very handy at your engagement or wedding party.

As a vendor, what excites you about the wedding day?

Wolf Lane has always been a special, unique venue. Throw in a few well-placed candles and native flowers and it becomes a show stopper. Seeing guests arrive to such a different style of wedding is always a joy!

What are you known for?

I have been doing this for a little while, so I am known for my knowledge of the venue and what works well. I’ve seen all types of events with different fit-outs, so I know what will look amazing, and am happy to talk through it with couples. Wolf Lane is such a unique venue, there are plenty of options to make your big day extra memorable.

If you could choose a song to play for the rest of your life what would it be?

I almost hate myself for it but… Mariah Carey: All I Want for Christmas is You.
