Do you know what we love? Wedding gown designers doing what they love. Melbourne designer Deborah Selleck is one such designer that makes a living creating gowns that inspire her, that move her, that she’s passionate about. And she’s been doing it well and doing it beautifully since 1994 (we’ve been featuring her gowns for years!)
And today? We’re celebrating all that she does with her brand new “Dreamweaver” collection. Designed and made in Melbourne (as all her gowns are), “Dreamweaver” is about making a wedding day “feel like a playful dream”. The ready to wear collection is packed with coordinating pieces to create your own, unique look.
“The greatest satisfaction I derive from my work is seeing brides find their inner beauty. When they stand before their reflection in the mirror, I want them to see a beautiful woman, in love” tells designer Deborah.
And “Dreamweaver” allows you to be that woman, with every part of your look, curated by you. There are glam tulle bodysuits, beautiful to pair with lace skirts or silk satin pants, wrap skirts to pair with beaded underlays, skirts of enchanting feathers, embroidered capes and lace jumpsuits. There are tones of traditional white, glittering nude, classic black and even unexpected hot pink. The best part? The entire collection is available to purchase via the brand’s online store (as well as their Yarraville showroom) and they ship worldwide. So whether you’re in Melbourne or Montreal, these gorgeous pieces, whatever combination your heart desires, can be yours.
