When it comes to a black tie wedding, the formality lifts everything up a level. The formality itself can be quite heavy, so using deep dark colours with touches of metallics can play up to the glamour of the occasion. The tones can help “ground” the floor-length gowns and inky tuxedos, and give the whole occasion its own sense of elegance.

Think soft greys with glimmering gold accents, rich marsala paired with softer tones like blush pink, or bold black with sparkling metallics.

We’re sharing some of our favourite combinations today to inspire your own creative colour palette!
