With stylish good looks to match (how gorgeous is the swizzle stick!), this week’s Cocktail Friday, aptly named The Pisco People‘s ‘Toucan’ has a refreshing taste of long summer days! Heavenly to enjoy all year round, the fruity flavours matched back with the Pisco and Campari are the perfect start to wedding day celebrations  – or weekend entertaining! For that added bit of fun, don’t forget the toucan swizzle stick!

Ingredients:
• 30ml Cuatro G’s Pisco Quebranta
• 15ml Campari
• 30ml pineapple juice
• 15ml lemon juice
• 10ml Amontillado Sherry
• 10ml sugar syrup
• Passion fruit and pineapple to garnish

Method:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and then shake and fine strain. Serve over fresh ice in a long glass and garnish with a passion fruit half and pineapple spear.
