With the matching of mellow Sambuca with botanical gin, fennel and celery, the Boodles Gin Fennel Freeze is a very smooth way to welcome in the weekend this Cocktail Friday; garnished with fennel, this drink could also be your signature ‘on arrival’ celebration aperitif!
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Boodles Gin
- 15 ml Sambuca
- 15 ml fennel juice
- 7 ml lemon juice
- 7 ml simple syrup
- 1 dash celery bitters
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a fennel top sprig.
