Vantage Mojito

This Cocktail Friday, we’re enjoying an Australian twist on one of the world’s most popular cocktails, the Mojito. From Vantage Australia, the Tasmanian pepper-berries and the mint leaves mix back with the bite of lemon myrtle and mandarin to create a new sensation for an old classic. Perfect for a rustic wedding, the Vantage Mojito could become my new favourite!

Ingredients:
45 ml Vantage
6-8 fresh mint leaves
6 fresh lime wedges (half a fresh lime cut into wedges)
1 tsp. vanilla sugar (15 ml sugar syrup)
30 ml soda water

Method:
Place the lime wedges and sugar into tall Collins glass and muddle well. Add the mint leaves, crushed ice, Vantage and soda water and stir.
Top with a small scoop of crushed ice and garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaf.
