Introducing Gala by Galia Lahav

When one of the most exciting couturiers of our time announced the launch of ready to wear collection, shrieks of joy erupted from brides to be all over the world (or at the very least from me!)

Recently, Galia Lahav through Eternal Bridal, unveiled their Ready to Wear Collection GALA at Doltone House. With a champagne welcome overlooking our beautiful Sydney Harbour Bridge, guests were waiting with a sense of excited urgency for the showcase to begin.

Entering the venue and walking through a magnificent floral arch by Fleur Events the tone was immediately set for a lavish and romantic collection. On the second floor, standing amongst a floral wonderland, the collection was displayed in a model installation that was simply magical. With a vibrant red floral wall and hanging floral decorations, as well as hay bales and timber crates, this beautiful installation was understated luxury.

The eight models moved elegantly throughout the installation while the guests had the opportunity to view the intricate details of every gown.

With romantic shades of white, ivory and subtle nude, the collection is a combination of soft flowing A-line tulle silhouettes and dramatic fitted figure hugging gowns. All the designs beautifully harmonise into a striking fusion of modern, sophisticated style and romantic elegance.

Wearing statement crowns by the acclaimed Viktoria Novak, each model sparkled in a highly embellished gown that artfully reflected the ornate essence of the Galia Lahav brand. Whether you’re a romantic bride looking for a flowing style or your style is more sleek and fashion forward, you’re sure to fall in love with the beautiful gowns from Gala.

Throughout the launch evening, guests were also able to instantly receive any images they posted to Instagram with the hash tag #galaaus through the Instagram Printer from Social Cube.

This was an added element of fun as we were able to take our snaps home; it also made for a strong launch on Instagram with everyone flocking to post and hashtag to see their pics printed.
