Happy Easter – and Happy Cocktail Friday! This week we just couldn’t resist Manta’s Easter Egg Cocktail – a wonderful spiced vodka infusion mixed back with juice; absolutely delicious! Try it tonight, or if you’re in Sydney pop down to Manta to enjoy one with friends; they’re serving them over the Easter weekend.
Ingredients:
For the spiced vodka infusion
350ml good quality vodka
1 cinnamon quill
1 tsp grated nutmeg
5 cloves
1 vanilla bean, scraped
2 tsp sultanas
For the cocktail
700ml orange juice
700ml cloudy apple juice
Method:
Add all the ingredients for the spiced vodka infusion together and strain. Pour into a glass with both of the juices and serve.
