Happy Cocktail Friday! We have been loving the warmer weather this week – such a great time to catch up with friends for a drink! The Star in Sydney is celebrating summer every day with a happy hour (or hours!) from 5pm – 7pm at all of their bars until January 26 – what better excuse do you need to beat the heat with some sublime refreshment?!
Continuing our Ginuary cocktail treats, why not drop in and try their ‘Other Side’ – the mellow taste of gin mixed back with lime, apricot brandy and cucumber juice sounds irresistible!
Ingredients:
45ml Hendricks Gin
15ml Catron Apricot brandy
30ml fresh cucumber juice
30ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup
Method:
Shake all the ingredients together and fine strain into a coupette. Garnish with a mint leaf.
