We asked Kylie of Rubi Monday five questions in five minutes –
What is your favourite after five drink?
Definitely has to be a Mojito. No matter when or where I have one, it always takes me to a white sandy beach in the sun.
Your favourite weekend getaway?
Melbourne for 48 hours of shopping and eating. Usually coincides with a trade fair of some kind so I can justify it!
Favourite restaurant?
Spice Temple by Neil Perry. It is the best for Modern Asian.
What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?
Roast mushrooms on sourdough with a double shot skim cappuccino from Pilgrims Cronulla.
Your favourite wedding story?
My favourite story is one close to my heart, the wedding gift my Pa gave to my Grandma. He bought her a Cockatoo. Unfortunately my Grandparents are no longer with us but “Cocky” still lives on and is nearly 70 years old. I guess he is the gift that keeps on giving but it’s a lovely reminder of a marriage so long ago.
