What is your favourite after five drink?

Torn between a Mojito or Frozen Margarita :-)) for those fabulous summer afternoons – am also partial to a Prosecco or two 🙂

Your favourite weekend getaway?

Gosh anywhere without the kids is great – cheeky – I must say I do love the beaches in Fingal Bay, Port Stephens. I hope to get to Jonah’s at Whale Beach one day.

Favourite restaurant?

Chinadoll Woolloomooloo Wharf – Crispy pork belly yummmmmm.

What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?

Pancakes with a berry compote.

Your favourite wedding story?

Oh my goodness.. so many. The stand out is… I had a gorgeous bride Jess who married a high school friend of mine’s son Nelson – Jess’s father is a Pastor, he walked her down the aisle and then married them which was so special. The goosebumps don’t end there however, you see Jess’s father also married Nelson’s (the groom) parents back in 1989, they were his very first wedding after he became a Pastor!! Who would have thought all those years ago…it was meant to be – LOVE it!
