The Rachel Gilbert Spring 2014 collection, entitled “Purity” is all about the softer elegance poise of the Rachel Gilbert woman. She knows what she wants but walks with a sense of grace and belonging.
With such a talent for glamorous gowns, I am always eager to see Rachel’s newest evening wear collections and her latest offering is dotted with blush pinks, ice blues, darker hydrangea blues, ivory and of course dramatic black. Gowns feature laser cut outs, sequin embellished fabrics, crystal detail and feminine applique. Each gown is beautiful in its versatility suiting a bridesmaid as much as a bride looking for a modern shape or a hint of colour.
With the fresh hues of pinks and blues it can mean only one thing – Spring is almost here and I for one am looking forward to lighter colours, warmer days and plenty of beautiful weddings!
