As a lover of photographer I am always thrilled to introduce you to one of our wedding photographers! Today, meet the lovely Anthea Auld Photographer! Anthea makes a point of getting to know you prior to your wedding day so you’ll be as relaxed as possible in front of the camera!

She’s had plenty of training (including in Applied Science of Photography, and has been working as a wedding photographer for many years so you know she has the professional experience to back up her work!

We asked Anthea of Anthea Auld Photographer five questions in five minutes –

What is your favourite after five drink?

Cointreau & Cranberry Juice.

Your favourite weekend getaway?

Would have to be Bunker Bay, Dunsborough in Western Australia. It’s so close to the beautiful Margaret River wine region with stunning beaches and delicious long lunches.

Favourite restaurant?

This is a hard one as I have a very long list ! If I had to pick one it would be Ria Malaysian Food in Leederville, W.A.

What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day and I always like to try something new. A good staple is Spanish style baked eggs with a side of crispy bacon.

Your favourite wedding story?

I love a good love story and it’s what makes my job so special. One that springs to mind is a wedding I photographed earlier this year for a lovely couple Claire & Josh. They were high school sweethearts and Claire talked about writing their names together in love hearts on her school books back in 2004 and always knowing that one day they would be married. After 9 years of dating they finally had their perfect wedding day. Their day was bursting at the seams with love and it was so obvious they were perfect for one another.
