Ingredients
- 100ml fresh brewed Dilmah Ginger & Honey Tea (strong brew 3 minutes)
- 40ml Blackcurrant fresh fruit puree
- 15ml Elderflower syrup
- Thin lime slices
- Lime wedge (for garnish)
Method
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and thin lime slices
- Pour the puree and the syrup into the glass
- Fill up with the tea
- Garnish with lime wedge
