Celebrating Chinese New Year, Australian tea brand Dilmah developed a range of tea inspired drinks- today’s cocktail, or rather iced tea mocktail is a sweet, refreshing blend that works beautifully at an afternoon wedding. The zing of ginger and the fruit taste of blueberries and elderflower compliment the honey.

Glass Sling Glass


  • 100ml fresh brewed Dilmah Ginger & Honey Tea (strong brew 3 minutes)
  • 40ml Blackcurrant fresh fruit puree
  • 15ml  Elderflower syrup
  • Thin lime slices
  • Lime wedge (for garnish)


  • Fill the glass with ice cubes and thin lime slices
  • Pour the puree and the syrup into the glass
  • Fill up with the tea
  • Garnish with lime wedge
