“No matter how organised you are the weeks before will always be a bit stressful so try to unwind somehow and remember that those little things you obsess over don’t matter a whole lot on the day!”
“When choosing your vendors make sure you have a good feeling about them first up. To have no regrets and get the results you want the florist etc has to understand what you want. Recommendations from friends etc are a great help too!”
“I got a great piece of advice via an anecdote on the day. A previous bride said why get nervous walking down the aisle when you invited all these friends and family to share your day. They are all going to think you look beautiful and be happy for you! I remembered that when I got out of the car and stood ready to walk with Dad down the aisle and instead of nerves felt so happy and confident and tried to store away as much as I could of that moment in my memory.”
