This is a simple and easy cocktail that will satisfy your end of week cravings. So, forget cookies and cake and have a well deserved cocktail instead. This cocktail is sweet and strong and totally cookie-licious, so drink up buttercup!!
Ingredients:
– 90 ml Vodka
– 60 ml Butterscotch Schnapps
– 60 ml Milk
– Sprinkles to decorate
Method
1. Wet the rim of the martini glass and dip in a plate of the sprinkles so it covers the rim of the glass.
2. Pour Vodka, butterscotch schnapps and milk into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
3. Shake it till you make it!!
4. Pour contents into the martini glass.
5. Cheers to the sweet life!

This looks so good and would make a great signature wedding cocktail. I’ve never heard of butterscotch schnapps!
It’s a great cocktail. You can actually use any kind of schnapps. I used peach schnapps too… but butterscotch is beautiful, sweet, creamy and delicious. If you are in Australia ‘Dan Murphy’s’ liquor shop sells butterscotch schnapps. Cheers! xo
