My heart is in New York this week as bridal week gets underway, my feet however, are not. It’s a delight though to showcase yet another Australian (and New Zealand born!) designer who is hitting the New York bridal scene for the very first time! Jessica Fontaine started her couture bridal label at the age of 24 after learning the craft from talented bridal designers and honing her skills.
After five years designing for Australian brides, Jessica has packed up her gowns and relocated to New York! Never fear though Australian brides, Jessica’s gowns can be purchased through a number of Australian boutiques including The Wedding Boutique in Sydney)
Jessica’s gowns echo the silhouettes of the 1930a and 1950S. They’re sleek and stylish with a hit of Jessica’s youthful approach. I love that each has a beautiful femininity to it- using the draping, laces, or simply echoing the female figure.
