Good Morning Polka Dotettes! I’m looking forward to this week which is chock full of wedding goodness and inspiring ideas, my perfect week! Did you have a lovely weekend?

Let’s kick off our Monday morning with some beautiful imagery from Ms Polka Dot’s Directory! Our directory members are utterly fabulous – they allow us to keep the cogs and wheels turning behind the scenes (and there are so many, it blows my mind!) and allow us to write about amazing weddings every single day of the week. Not only that, but they’re pretty darn talented, so it’s worth your while to browse the pages of our directory and see who you might find!

This week’s Vendor Of The Week produces beautiful, romantic, classic images. Silveredge Photography is based out of Brisbane and describes their style as “happy, relaxed and natural”. Any photographer who likes to capture happiness? I immediately love them!

Silveredge Photography also specialises in wedding photographs at certain venues like Broadway Chapel- a place they have photographed often (so they know where to stand and how to get the great shot!). I love the romantic but classic nature of their photography. It’s almost dreamy!

What is your favourite after five drink?

Staying and playing at the beach with my hubby and boys

Favourite restaurant?

I don’t really have one (we don’t eat out a lot!)…but anything Thai is delicious!

What can we find you eating for breakfast on a Sunday morning?

Buttermilk pancakes with blueberries and maple syrup..mmm so yum!

Your favourite wedding story?

One of my lovely couples went to school together and dated in Year 12. They both went their separate ways after school and many years later after a few rough patches on both sides they ended up working at the same office. They caught up over many lunches then admitted they always had thought about the other. They started seeing each other and then he popped the question!! They were married this year, what an emotional day, so beautiful!! And how cute, they are now expecting a baby early next year! I do love these stories of high school sweethearts reunited, just meant to be!
