Cherry Red

Cherry red a voluptuous colour which can be as elegant or over-the-top as our heart desires. Give it a Spanish or Asian style edge or tone it down by just using small touches of this vibrant colour. Cherry Red could be paired with black and charcoal grey to balance its brightness. Touches of turquoise or orange for an explosion of fun. Sky blue,  a watery ‘greyed-off’ blue. With linen tones– stone, putty, taupe shades, add small touches of ivory for pizzazz. Touches of hot pink, olive green, grey-green or deep, aubergine purple For flowers, think Sturt Desert Pea, Callistemon, Christmas Bush, Leucospermum. Berry desserts, fresh cherries, rosé wine, duck with cherry sauce. Silk, shantung, velvet, linen – keep fabrics luxurious and generous, embroidered fabrics such as that seen on saris or Chinese silk Read more...
