We’re definitely missing the wedding filled adventures of European summers, so we’re more than thrilled to embrace the inspiration from today’s dream team! Drawing on the chic, the modern style that sweltering hot days across the sea draw in, they created an elopement editorial that spoke of sophistication and modern romance.

Photographer Bea Tarasiuk from The New Old – Wedding Stories (with Gudio Pezz capturing the film, scroll down for that!) told this story through beautiful photographs today on the urban streets of the Gold Coast. Models Gerard & Cara taking centre stage, Cara donning a killer white Asos suit, the beauty turned decidedly “Wedding” with a pearl adorned veil from Jacara Bridal. And the finishing touch? A designer handbag from Furla filled with fresh pink blooms, but of course!

Says Bea “Cara was a chic silhouette of timeless style, a vision of sophistication and modern femininity that complemented the European vibe’s surroundings. She wore an amazing suit which made her feel like an absolute boss bride.
We had a quick coffee break in a little cute cafe in Emerald Lakes on the Gold Coast and we really felt like in Europe that day.”

Elements don’t have to be in gardens, they don’t have to be in the country. And they certainly don’t have to involve a frock. Let this styled shoot give you all the encouragement to do your day your way.
