Where's the balance between showcasing beautiful love stories and making space for voices still fighting to be heard?⁠ ⁠ We don't have this all figured out, not even close. But here's what we do know: true representation, diversity, and inclusion remain works in progress, both in our corner of the wedding world and beyond. Sneaky unconscious biases have a way of sticking around, and far too many brilliant, creative voices from diverse backgrounds remain in the shadows.⁠ ⁠ At Polka Dot Wedding, we're set on changing that. Not just through pretty pictures and love stories, but in the nitty-gritty of how we operate: our team, our choices, our words.
