If you’re looking for a simple way to personalise your guest tables, look no further than these initial coasters! Easily customisable in terms of colour, shape and size, these sweet wedding decor items can double up as gifts, along with adding some extra sweet colour to your table. Crack out the paintbrush, and let’s get making in this Pastel Painted Wedding Favour Coasters DIY Tutorial.
What You Will Need:
- Coasters – we’ve used marble, but you could use wood, cork…any material you fancy
- Paint – use an acrylic in your chosen colour, and add a sealant if necessary
- Paintbrush
- Large letter stickers – we found ours in trusty Kmart
Step One
Ensure your coasters are clean, dry and free of dust. Using your large letter stickers, firmly place one onto each coaster. Paint over the top of the sticker, thoroughly coating the coaster. Use neat brush strokes to make the final product look tidy, or use spray paint for a super speedy project.
Step Two
Allow the coasters to thoroughly dry. Carefully peel off the letter sticker, and apply sealant if using, allowing it to also thoroughly dry. Place it on the table for an extra special, personalised touch for your gorgeous big day!
