We shall never tire, dear reader, of the work of Italian designer Peter Langner. There is something about the fabrics, the colour, and the design, that is unlike anything else we’ve seen. It is such a signature of the brand, and so distinctive, that each time we see a new collection in our inbox, we have to jump right on it.

Today, we’re introducing the Peter Langner Spring/Summer 2023 collection. There is no inspiration story behind these gowns because instead, Peter was drawn to using his instincts. This is a collection based on his dream, his experience and his knowledge of what the wearers of his gowns want the most.

There are beautiful, considered details – ruffles, sheer sleeves, and skirts, high necks and buttoned bodices, asymmetrical draped back details, overskirts and even mini-dresses that convert to two piece gowns. It is a collection that is dependent, as the designer says, on natural, handcrafted laces, and the skilled eye of the team’s seamstresses who know just how to manipulate the fabrics.
