And we thought, what better way to start the year than with a delicious-looking Raspberry Rumble from the exceptional Zee Scott – one of PDW’s own directory members who not only hits the spot with her divine cakes and catering, she also dabbles in some serious cocktail game! And why not have her marry you on your big day! She’s the whole package and then some!

What You’ll Need:

  • 30ml gin
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 1 tsp raspberry compote OR jam
  • Prosecco
  • 3 tablespoons freeze-dried raspberries

Method:

  • Add all ingredients and shake with ice!
  • Pour and top with Prosecco.
  • Decorate with 3tbsp freeze-dried raspberries scattered on top.
