As spring hits beautifully with some limb thawing warmth and dazzling days, we can’t help but envision ourselves sitting outside in the sunshine with some loved ones enjoying good food and fine beverages. It’s no secret we’re big fans of cocktails here at Polka Dot Wedding, and this encompasses all types of cocktails! So this Friday we’re gearing up for MOCKTAIL Friday! Seedlip is the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirit and we’re very excited to share their Seedlip Spice Picnic Smash recipe with you today! 

INGREDIENTS

  • Seedlip Spice 94: 50ml
  • Pink Grapefruit Juice: 20ml
  • Strawberry Jam: 3 Tsp’s

GLASS & GARNISH

  • Jam Jar filled with ice
  • Garnish w/ Baby’s Breath, or a Basil leaf

METHOD

  • Add Seedlip Spice 94
  • Spoon in strawberry jam
  • Add grapefruit juice, then mix together with a spoon or swizzle stick.
  • Add in ice – give another stir
  • Then garnish before service

Add a label to some string & use it as name place cards!
