Hand sanitising is here to stay! It only takes two seconds to put together a sweet DIY hand sanisiting station for your event that not only looks good, but like it was meant to be there. Follow the directions below, add in a ‘spread love, not germs’ sign, and you’re ready to party!
What You Will Need
– Hand soap dispensers – there are so many to choose from, keep looking till you find one that matches your theme perfectly!
– Hand sanitiser
– Acrylic and stickers, or printed vinyl signage
– Props – pot plants, foliage, flowers, framed pictures…whatever suits your day!
Step One
Using the acrylic and stickers, create the signage you would like for your hand sanitising station. ‘Spread love, not germs’ is a good one, or just a simple ‘sanitising station’ works just as well.
Step Tw0
Decant the hand sanitiser into your chosen soap dispensers. Ensure they’re full, and if you’ve got a large guest list, make sure someone is on duty to check if refills are needed.
Step Three
The fun bit! Get styling – and use whatever bits and bobs enhance your event. Use a gorgeous tea trolley, or set it up on the bar, and use fabric cloths, plants, blooms, pictures…whatever you love, to pretty it up. Add face masks if necessary, packets of tissues, or individual bottles of hand sanitiser depending on your celebration. It’s super easy to make something necessary very beautiful, so get creative and have fun as you do!
