Vanilla is so underrated. We think tequila is too! These wonderful flavours combine in Mint & Mingle‘s ‘Vanilla Killa’ cocktail recipe that we’re sharing with you today for ‘The Bridesmaid Issue‘. With the aforementioned fragrantly sweet vanilla – plus fruity faves like strawberry, guava and fig – this drink is a surefire crowdpleaser that will knock even your fussiest bridemaid’s socks off. How gorgeous would this frothy pink drink look on a luxe hen’s party cocktail menu?
Mint & Mingle have plenty of experience with such parties; they’re been offering their mobile bar and catering services across both Sydney and Melbourne for 15 years now. They can also organise tasty treats like Champagne towers, whisky tasting experiences, food trucks, grazing tables or even fine dining for your celebration. All that and whipping up kosher, vegan or organic menus is a cinch for them too!
Vanilla Killa by Mint & Mingle
- 30ml tequila (try Australia’s own Tromba)
- 90ml Guava, Strawberry and Vanilla mix (try Batch & Co’s shrub)
- 1 egg white
- Fresh fig slices, to garnish
Shake all ingredients – except garnish – with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh fig perched on the side of the glass or floated.
