About the location
On the edge of Kakadu National Park in Australia’s gorgeous top end, set amongst a natural bush backdrop you’ll find Bamurru Plains. It’s a scenic 3 hour drive from Darwin, or you could board a charter flight and arrive in approximately 30 minutes.
You’ll feel worlds away with African safari style accommodation set amidst natural wildlife populations.
About the accommodation
Built on the edge of the wetlands, the 10 safari style bungalows will be your home for the length of your stay.
Crafted with nature in mind, most of the power to the property is solar generated and each bungalow is orientated with views of the wetlands. Leave your technology at home, there’s no WIFI or mobile phone coverage to encourage guests to fully disconnect and unwind in this beautiful natural environment. Mesh walls line most of the bungalow letting you experience the sounds and views of wildlife from indoors.
Enjoy the comfort of high pressure showers, quality linen and delicious meals crafted from local produce.

The wet edge swimming pool is the perfect place to spend your afternoons. Take in expansive views of the floodplains or catch up with your fellow travellers by the BBQ fire pit. Relax under the covered lounge area, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.
